On the login screen, use "Forgot password" to reset it via email. If you're still having trouble, contact us at the email above.
How do I add or edit a pet's profile?
Open the app and go to your pet's card, then tap the edit icon to update its photo and details.
How do I set up reminders?
Go to the Reminders tab and tap the add button to create a new reminder for your pet.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → account settings, where you'll find the option to delete your account. This permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
